1. Bookings and Payment:
- A $500 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and if on a payment plan full payment is required 30 days prior to retreat.
- Payments can be made via [Accepted Payment Methods].
2. Cancellation Policy:
- Retreat payments are non refundable but transferable to another person.
- Insurance is recommended to cover any cancellations
3. Waiver and Liability
- By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of participating in the activities
- You agree to release and hold harmless Healing Hearts retreats and its staff from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your participation in the retreat.
- You understand that the retreat is not a substitute for professional medical treatment and you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice if needed.
Travel insurance is highly recommended
4. Code of Conduct:
- We strive to create a safe and respectful environment. Please be mindful of others and adhere to the retreat's guidelines.
- Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.
5. Changes to the Retreat:
- Healing Hearts reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or content of the retreat. In the event of significant changes, we will notify participants as soon as possible.
