Your Radiant Heart Retreat Policy

1. Bookings and Payment:

   - Retreat payments need to be paid in full 30 days prior to retreat start date.

- Monthly payment plans need to be paid by the date specified.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   - All retreat payments are non refundable but transferable to another person.

  - Insurance is strongly recommended to cover any unforeseen cancellations or accidents while travelling.

3. Waiver and Liability

   - By participating in the retreat, you acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of participating in the activities.

   - You agree to release and hold harmless Healing Hearts retreats and its staff from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your participation in the retreat.

   - You understand that the retreat is not a substitute for professional medical treatment and you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical advice if needed.

4. Code of Conduct:

   - We strive to create a safe and respectful environment. Please be mindful of others and adhere to the retreat's guidelines.

   - Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

5. Changes to the Retreat:

   - Your Radiant Heart reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or content of the retreat. In the event of significant changes, we will notify participants as soon as possible.
